Ida Holm – Project Lead

Q: What drives your work at Cognix?

A: I’m driven by the challenge of bringing clarity to complexity. Leading cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that matter is incredibly fulfilling. We’re working on problems that have a real-world impact, and that motivates me every day. I thrive on coordinating efforts between AI engineers, strategists, and clients to ensure our work is aligned and innovative. Seeing a project go from an idea to a fully implemented tool is deeply rewarding. It's not just about results, it's about how we get there together. That journey keeps me inspired.

Q: How do you see AI shaping the future?

A: AI will continue to evolve as an essential partner in decision-making, not just a tool. It will help us detect patterns that are invisible to the human eye and challenge our assumptions. I think the future is about humans and machines collaborating more meaningfully. The key is designing AI systems that are transparent, ethical, and inclusive. We’re just scratching the surface of what’s possible. As AI becomes more accessible, I believe we’ll see broader societal benefits. At Cognix, we're building toward that future now.

Jonas Håkansson – UX Designer

Q: What excites you about modeling human behavior?

A: Understanding how users think and feel is central to creating intuitive design. I’m fascinated by how people interact with technology, especially when those interactions affect major decisions. At Cognix, our challenge is to turn complex AI outputs into experiences people can trust and understand. It’s rewarding to know my work helps bridge the gap between algorithm and user. We’re designing not just for function, but for clarity and confidence. That human perspective is vital in every step of our design process. It makes what we build more usable and meaningful.
